Attica Exploration is a private oil and gas company that made an entry on to the Norwegian Continental Shelf via the acquisition of Concedo AS in 2023

Attica’s primary objective is to organically grow shareholder value through exploration. Concedo AS currently holds 12 licenses in the North Sea and 1 license in the Barents Sea. The team consists of 20 employees based in Asker, outside Oslo. Production for 2026 is estimated to be approximately 1,400 boe/d (91% oil). Attica Exploration AS is 68% owned by Lundin family members with the remaining shareholders being Elliot Advisors UK, company employees, and other private individuals.
